The first segment will present a mixture of Mento, Blue Beat, Ska, Rock Steady and Early Reggae music and will be supported by Jamaicanised dialogue. Ciyo's ability to effortlessly engage with his audience is widely documented. The dialogue will celebrate the invaluable contribution that the Windrush Generation has made to modern society.
The second segment pays homage to his 'Father's Gram' and will feature a selection of Ciyo's most notable Jazz-Reggae tunes to include his seminal 'Jazzy Mood For Love','Come Out To Play' and his latest International and cross-generational release with the legendary Jamaican Producer Harry Mudie,'Yours To Remember' Part 2. It will be a demonstration of how these early influences have shaped Ciyo's life and his music.
